Abstract Background Study of cortisol levels in patients with ADHD correlation aggressive behaviors associated has received limited research attention. This factor is essential for comprehending the psychopathophysiology and its comorbidities. The present study aimed to investigate level children relation severity symptoms behavior those children. sample consisted 129 80 healthy controls evaluated by administering Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview Children, Wechsler Intelligence Scale Conners’ parent rating scale, problem scale C.B.C.L., Socioeconomic Status Scale. Salivary was measured using radio-immune assay. Results our subjects significantly lower (11.826 ng/ml) than control group (19.619 ng/ml P -value 0.001).
